Cancellation & Refund Policy
Membership Fees
Membership fees are payable in advance and are not refundable.
Monthly Membership Cancellation
Any monthly membership can be cancelled by notifying the Innovative Employers in writing at least 30 days prior to the next monthly renewal date.
Annual Membership Cancellation
Any annual membership can be cancelled by notifying the Innovative Employers in writing at least 30 days prior to the next annual renewal date.
Event Fees
Fees for events sponsored by the Innovative Employers are payable in advance at time of registration.
Registrant Cancellations
Registrant cancellations must be made at least five (5) business days prior to the event to receive a refund.
Registrant No Shows
Registrants who do not show up for the event are still responsible for the full registration fee.
Attendee Substitutions
Attendee substitutions may be made any time prior to the beginning of the event.
Event Cancellations / Rescheduling / Location Changes
If an event is cancelled, the Innovative Employers reserves the right to reschedule the event. Registrants that have paid for the event will be notified of the new date, time and location and will have the opportunity to either attend or to request a refund.

InnovativeEmployers.com contains links to other websites that have their own cancellation and refund polices. The Innovative Employers is not responsible for any monies paid by our members to these other websites nor for the cancellation and refund policies of these other websites.
